Turquoise Freeform Silver Earrings

"If given turquoise by a loving friend, that stone would protect the wearer from negative energy and bring good forture.  Turquoise is a symbol of friendship.  It also brings peace to the home." - Emily's Gems

I find it fascinating to think about the many mediums of communications we use to express our feelings for one another.  Flowers, gems, paper, food, the list is endless.
Silver freeform earrings featuring a turquoise briolette, pearls, swarkovski crystals and tiny gold seed beads.  All wired together for sensational earrings.

The creation of art is a personal endeavor and the creations of each artist reflects the artist's inner workings - a glimpse of the soul.  Little bits of the artist are so apparent in their work.  The textures and color combinations are no accident -  they are painstakingly selected and combined to create the final product.

That's why it is often hard to "give up" the work once it is finished.  It's like letting a piece of yourself go into the world.  I like the idea that the things I make bring smiles and warm thoughts to the wearer.  A tiny moment of happiness each time they put the earrings on for the day.
